So it is raining in Mumbai while the north of this city cribs about how summer refuses to go.


Meh :D


This means we have awesome weather, puddles and flooding notwithstanding. This means we have a large population complaining about how the rains are screwing up everything for them. This means we have also gone through huge traffic jams and rain-splattered windshields. This also means I am making warm and delish things in the kitchen, which includes several soups. This also means that I am doing a lot of 5-minute baking for those sudden 'I want something sweet' statements from the man.


I now have go-to recipes for 5 minute chocolate cakes, molten center chocolate cakes, carrot cakes, chocolate brownies and fruit cocktail cakes. Oh, and coffee crumble cake too! And before I forget all those awesome recipes, I want to put them all down in one place so expect some posts on 5 minute baking wonders soon!
